Most people notice a visible difference within 7 to 10 days of using their routine morning and night. The first changes are usually in texture, comfort and brightness. Deeper concerns such as dark spots respond in stages and keep improving over the following weeks.

If after 10 days you do not see the change you expected, write to beautyexpert@doscosmetics.com. We will look at what you are using, how you are using it, and whether the season or a tendency we did not catch is playing a role, and we will adjust your routine with you. Your skin is the reason we exist, so we do not stop at the sale.

If something is genuinely wrong with the product itself, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Send us a few photos, and once our team approves the request, we will arrange a return.

We ship worldwide. European orders ship from our lab in Greece, and US orders ship from our warehouse in the United States, so your parcel never crosses an ocean to reach you.

In Greece and Cyprus, delivery takes around 2 working days and shipping is free on orders over 50 €. In the US, orders arrive in around 2 working days with UPS Express for a flat $7.50, and because your order ships from inside the US, there are no customs duties or import fees to pay on delivery. For the rest of the world, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days and shipping is free on orders over 250 €.

Below those amounts, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return any product that is unopened and in its original packaging. Email us first at sales@doscosmetics.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. Once we receive and check the parcel, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

If a product arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, tell us straight away and we will replace it or refund you, and the return costs nothing. If you are returning because you changed your mind, you cover the return shipping.

DOS was created for reactive skin, because that is the skin our founder has. Every formula is made without alcohol, parabens, sulfates and PEGs, and is scented only with natural fragrances.

We treat sensitivity as a condition rather than a skin type, so it is handled on its own. Products suited to sensitive skin carry a visible badge on their page, and the Skin Test asks you about sensitivity so your routine accounts for it. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, show the full ingredient list to your doctor first. All of our ingredient lists are published online.

Many of our customers continue with DOS through pregnancy and breastfeeding. To make this time simpler, we created a dedicated Pregnancy collection with the products appropriate for this stage. Visit the collection, filter by your skin type and the concern you want to resolve, such as oiliness, breakouts or dehydration, and you will find your products there.

Every pregnancy is different, so this remains a decision for you and your doctor. Yes! Skin does not have a gender, and neither does our method. Every DOS product is unisex and the Skin Test builds your routine from how your skin behaves, not from who you are. Men usually arrive with the same concerns as everyone else, most often oiliness, redness after shaving, dark spots and dullness, and the routine is built around those.

You can start with one product and many customers do, usually with a serum or a night treatment for the concern that bothers them most.

That said, our results come from three products working together, which is why every DOS routine is built as a protocol of exactly three steps: cleanse, treat, protect or nourish, adapted to your skin and the season. It is deliberately simple because more steps do not mean better results.

If you are not sure where to begin, take the Skin Test. It gives you a three-product routine you can buy in full or start one product at a time.

You can use DOS alongside other brands, and many customers keep a cleanser or sunscreen they already love. The one thing we ask is not to stack strong actives. If you use retinol, glycolic or salicylic acid, or a prescription treatment, do not apply it in the same routine as a DOS treatment product. Alternate nights, or keep the prescription in the evening and DOS in the morning.

Yes, because your skin changes as the seasons change. Heat, humidity and sun in the warmer months push skin towards oiliness, dehydration and pigmentation, so spring and summer routines lean on lighter textures, serums and daily protection. Cold air and indoor heating in the colder months slow the skin down and dry it out, which is why autumn and winter routines bring in gentle exfoliation, deeper hydration and the strongest night treatments. Winter is when skin regenerates best.

This is why the Skin Test asks which season you are in and why we suggest retaking it twice a year. The change is usually one or two products, not a new routine from scratch.
