How to use the protocol

Every night, in this order: cleanse, then Collagen Night Cream.

On Mandelicum nights: cleanse, apply Mandelicum to clean, dry skin with your fingers or a cotton pad (face, neck, décolleté, avoiding the eye area), wait 5 minutes, then finish with the cream.

Mandelicum's pace is fixed and simple: one night in your first week, two nights in your second, then every other night from week three on. If your skin ever asks for a slower pace, give it one; the Protocol works either way. A full guide comes inside the box.

Built by a pharmacist who knows difficult skin from the inside.

I did not start DOS as a business idea. I started it because my own skin left me no choice.

My skin has always been difficult: reactive, easily upset, quick to mark. I know what it means to check the mirror before anyone else sees you. I know the makeup you wear not for beauty, but for cover. I tried everything a pharmacy shelf and a luxury counter could offer me, and I kept a list of everything that failed.

My father is a pharmacist. I grew up inside his world of formulas, precision, and patience, and I became a pharmacist myself. So when nothing on the market worked for skin like mine, I did what we were both trained to do: I researched, and then I formulated. Today, every DOS product is made in our own laboratory in Greece, in small batches, with botanical actives from the herbs of the Olympus region and the discipline of pharmaceutical testing behind every jar.

FAQs

My skin reacts to acids. Will it accept this?

This Protocol was built for exactly that history. Mandelic acid's molecule is about twice the size of glycolic acid's, so it crosses the skin surface slowly and evenly instead of fast and concentrated. That pace is why it is the acid dermatologists recommend for skin that reacts to glycolic acid or retinol. The Protocol also starts on one night in your first week, so your skin sets the pace from the start. And every night ends with the cream, which feeds and seals the fresh surface. That order is the whole point.
When will I see results?

Texture and glow come first: within 7 to 10 days, skin feels smoother and starts reflecting light evenly again. A more even tone takes longer, because it arrives as the surface renews layer by layer over the following weeks. That is also why the guarantee runs 90 days: it covers the full arc, not just the first impression.
Do I need sunscreen with it?

Yes, your usual morning sunscreen. Freshly renewed skin is young skin, and young skin deserves protection. Your sunscreen by day protects exactly what the Protocol builds by night.
Why isn't Mandelicum used every night?

Because renewal has an optimal pace. Your skin replaces its surface on a cycle, and Mandelicum is dosed to work with that cycle, not against it: one night in your first week, two in your second, then every other night from week three on. What happens when the cream finishes?
