ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. If you place your order by 1pm, it will be processed the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Special offers may apply from time to time.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
DOS Cosmetics offers Standard Shipping Service. Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the next working day will be processed.
- Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
- Most Standard orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the order's ship date.
- All orders are shipped by DHL all over the world.
- We only deliver to your billing country.
DELIVERY TO TRANSPORT COMPANIES
DOS Cosmetics Online Store is not responsible for any damage, defect, material discrepancy or loss occurring in products delivered to a forwarding company. This means that DOS Cosmetics Online Store is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any products delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a shipping company, we recommend that you require the shipping company to refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after it has been received by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
